1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Digital Coltan's website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not make a purchase from our store.

2. Digital Products Only

All products sold on Digital Coltan are digital downloads only (files, templates, spreadsheets, PDFs, etc.). We do not ship any physical items to your address. After successful payment, you receive an instant download link — no waiting for shipping.

3. License & What You CAN Do

When you purchase a product from Digital Coltan, you receive a single-user license. This means:

• ✅ You can use the product for personal projects
• ✅ You can use the product for commercial/client work (unless specified otherwise)
• ✅ You can modify the product for your own use
• ✅ You can download the file multiple times from your email link

4. What You CANNOT Do

• ❌ Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital file with others
• ❌ Give away the product for free on any website, forum, or social media
• ❌ Claim the product as your own original work
• ❌ Share your download link with anyone else

Each purchase is for one person/business only. If your colleague or friend wants the product, they must purchase their own copy.

5. No Refunds (with one exception)

All sales are final. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or if you found a similar product elsewhere.

Exception: If the file is corrupted or completely non-functional as described, contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement file (not a refund). See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Jumroad. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information. For payment-related issues (failed transactions, double charges, etc.), please contact Jumroad support directly.

7. Delivery & Technical Issues

If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, email digitalcoltan@gmail.com with your order number. We will manually send your download link within 24-48 hours on business days.

We are not responsible for any issues caused by your device, software, or internet connection.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
