1. What Information Do We Collect?

We keep things simple. When you make a purchase from Digital Coltan, we receive:

  • Your name and email address — so we can send your download link and order confirmation
  • Your order details — which product you bought, date, and amount paid

We do NOT collect: Your physical address, phone number, or any unnecessary personal information.

2. Payment Information

All payments are processed through Jumroad (our payment partner). We never see or store your credit card details, bank information, or payment passwords. Jumroad handles all sensitive payment data according to their own privacy policy and security standards (PCI compliant).

3. Cookies & Automatic Data

Like most websites, Digital Coltan (hosted on Blogger/Blogspot) may use basic cookies to help the website function properly. These cookies do not track you across other websites or collect personal information.

Blogger/Blogspot (owned by Google) may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). This is automatic for all websites on this platform. We do not actively track or analyze this data for marketing purposes.

4. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information only for these purposes:

  • ✅ To deliver your purchased digital product (send download link)
  • ✅ To send order confirmation and receipt
  • ✅ To provide customer support if you contact us
  • ✅ To send important updates about your purchased product (if any)

We do NOT: Send marketing emails, sell your email to anyone, or use your data for advertising purposes.

5. Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only times we share your information are:

  • With Jumroad — to process your payment (they receive your email and order amount)
  • If required by law — if a court or legal authority demands it (very rare)

That's it. No third-party marketing companies, no data brokers, no one else.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We keep your order records (name, email, product purchased) for as long as needed to provide customer support and for tax/accounting purposes (typically 3-5 years as required by law). You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7 below).

7. Your Rights (Access, Correction, Deletion)

You have the right to:

8. Children's Privacy

Our products are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. We will not make significant changes without updating this page. No email notifications will be sent, so please check here occasionally if privacy is important to you.
