No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download access), we do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is completed.

By purchasing from Digital Coltan, you agree that you cannot return a digital product after downloading it.

What If a Product is Defective?

If the file is corrupted or not working as described, contact us at digitalcoltan@gmail.com within 7 days. We will provide a replacement file (not a refund).
