❓ How do I receive my product after purchase?

After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also download directly from the Jumroad order confirmation page. Delivery is instant — no waiting for shipping.

❓ Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. If you have technical issues (corrupted file, cannot download), contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement file — not a refund. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?

We use Jumroad as our payment partner. Jumroad accepts credit cards, debit cards, and various international payment methods. All transactions are secure and handled by Jumroad — we do not store any payment information.

❓ How long does delivery take?

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is successfully processed, your download link is available immediately on the confirmation page and sent to your email. Usually within 1-2 minutes of payment.

❓ Can I use the products for commercial projects?

Yes! All our products come with a standard commercial license. You can use them for your business, client work, or personal projects. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files with others. Each purchase is for a single user license.

❓ Do you offer customer support?

Yes, we offer email support. Contact us at digitalcoltan@gmail.com. We typically respond within 24-48 hours on business days. (We are a small team, so please be patient with us — we help every customer.)

❓ Will I get updates for my purchased products?

If an update is released for a product you purchased, you will receive the updated version via email. We provide updates for at least 12 months from purchase date. After that, updates are not guaranteed, but we try to support our products as long as possible. We do not promise "lifetime updates" because no business can guarantee lifetime support.
